What payment methods to you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards.

Do I need a PayPal account to buy?

No, you do not need a PayPal account to purchase from us.
PayPal is a payment gateway but they accept all major debit and credit cards.

My order has been cancelled, why?

Your cancellation email will state the reason your order has been cancelled.


Once we have processed your refund, it can take between 3-5 working days depends on the
card you used to pay with. Please contact your card issuer if it has been longer than 10 working


How do I place an order with Falouse?

Browse our products and place items into your basket. You can then proceed to checkout where
you can either check out as a guest or create an account for future orders.

What happens once I have placed my order?

Once your order is completed and your payment has been received by us, we will send a
confirmation email to you, advising that your order is being processed. Goods will usually be
shipped within 3 working days of confirmation of your order.

I have placed an order and would like to add/remove an item.

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, so we are unable to make adjustments
once submitted. A new item can only be added by placing a new order and removing an item or
cancelling an order would require you contacting , quoting your order reference number.
However if our warehouse has already started to process the order we are unable to cancel it.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Information on shipping charges will be shown when placing an order. There will be individual
costs for shipping and the product/s.

Where will my order be shipped from?

All orders are shipped from Falouse UK warehouse for orders made in the UK/ Europe/ Africa/
Middle East and Asia. Orders made from the Americas will be shipped from our New York

When will I receive my package?

We ask that you allow up to 7 working days to receive your purchase.

Can I return an item?

Yes, please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for more information

What if I receive my order but the product is damaged?

We strive to ensure goods leave us in the best condition however if your item is damaged in
transit, please contact info@falouse.com immediately.

What if I receive the wrong item?

Although unlikely, if you do receive an incorrect item, please contact info@falouse.com and
include your order number and email address.

Can I track my order online?

Once your order is dispatched, you should receive an email with your tracking reference number
and a link to the delivery company’s parcel tracking website.


Which size should I buy, help with finding the right size?

Most products will have a size guide link within the product page. The size guides will contain
measurements for various parts of the item. From this, you can measure against another of your
currently owned items and compare for best fit.
